Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme is to be wound up.

If you are or were an employee of Sovereign Chemicals Limited (previously known as Ato Findley UK Limited) and a member of the Scheme, and think you are still entitled to benefits under the Scheme, or you are a widow, widower, child or dependant of such an employee and, in either case, you have not been contacted by the Trustee of the Scheme, you should write and provide details of your membership, interest, claim or entitlement to the Trustee of the Sovereign Chemical Industries Ltd Pension Fund, c/o Sovereign Chemicals Limited, Common Rd, Stafford ST16 3EH, or e-mail Bostik.HR@Bostik.com.

When contacting the Trustee, please provide your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, date of birth and National Insurance number. If your claim arises through another person’s membership of the Scheme, please provide similar details for that other person.

Details must be sent within two months of the date of the publication of this notice. After the expiry of the two month period, the Trustee will distribute the assets of the Scheme having regard only to claims of which they have prior notice and will not, with respect to the assets so distributed, be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them.
