NOTICE IS HEREBY given that an Application for the appointment of Matthew Richardson of Grant Thornton (BVI) Limited, 171 Main Street, 2nd Floor, The Barracks, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands VG1110 and Michael Leeds of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2A 1AG, United Kingdom as joint and several liquidators of Monline International Limited (the "Company") whose registered office is located at PO Box 3136, Akara Building, 24 De Castro Street, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands was made to the High Court of Justice on 25 August 2020 by Moussy Salem (the "Applicant") of 41 Winnington Road, London, N2 0TR, United Kingdom.

Any creditor or member of the Company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Application may appear at the hearing on Monday 12 October 2020 by himself or his Counsel for the purpose, at the BVI Commercial Court, sitting at 84 Main Street, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. A copy of the Application will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or member of the Company requiring the same on payment of the regulated charge.

Note: any person who intends to appear at the hearing of the said Application must serve on, or send by post to, the below named, notice in writing of his intention to do so, no later than 4.00pm on Friday 9 October 2020. The notice must be in compliance with Rule 162 of the Insolvency Rules, 2005 and must state the name and address of the person or firm, and must be signed by the person or firm, or his of their solicitor (if any).
