In pursuance of the powers granted by Section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006 THE DUCHY SOLICITOR as nominee for HER MAJESTY IN RIGHT OF HER MAJESTY'S DUCHY OF LANCASTER in whom the property and rights of the Company vested pursuant to Section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 when the Company was dissolved on the Dissolution Date HEREBY DISCLAIMS the title of Her Majesty in Right of Her Majesty's Duchy of Lancaster (if any) in the Property the vesting of the Property having come to his notice on 6 September 2019
