DONCASTERS PENSION & LIFE COVER PLAN

NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925

This notice is addressed to former employees of Doncasters Limited, Doncasters Aerospace Limited, Doncasters Precision Castings – Deritend Limited, F.V.C Limited, Paralloy Limited, Ross & Catherall Limited, Sterling International Technology Limited, Triplex Lloyd Limited, Trucast Limited, Anderson Stewart (Castings) Limited, Centaur Precision Limited, Deritend Airfoils Limited, Doncasters Yeovil Limited (formerly Yeovil Precision Castings Limited), Richard & Ross – Paralloy Limited, Yeovil Precisions Castings Limited, IVC Technologies Limited and any other company that participated in the defined contribution section of the Doncasters Pension & Life Cover Plan (the “Plan”).

The Trustee of the Plan, Doncasters Pensions Trustees Limited, intends to wind up the Plan. The Trustee believes it has identified everyone who previously had a right to defined contribution or money purchase benefits under the Plan. Note that the benefits of anyone who previously held defined benefit or final salary benefits in the Plan are not affected by this wind up.

Accordingly, if you were an employee of any of the above companies and think you were a defined contribution member of the Plan and that you are still entitled to benefits under the Plan or you are a widow, widower, civil partner, child or dependant of such an employee but have not received a letter from the Trustee regarding what has happened in relation to those benefits, please write to the Trustee c/o Steve Davies, Doncasters Limited, Repton House, Bretby Business Park, Ashby Road, Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire, England, DE15 0YZ giving your full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when you were a defined contribution member of the Plan or details of the basis of your claim.

Your claim must arrive on or before 1 November 2020. Claims received after this date will be excluded from benefits under the Plan and the Trustee will wind up the Plan without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom it has not had notice.
