Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31/07/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20/08/2020, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of SOPHIA ISABELLA SEREN DU CAURROY MILES, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of SOPHIA ISABELLA SEREN MILES and assumed the name of SOPHIA ISABELLA SEREN DU CAURROY MILES.
