THE BRIDGEPOINT PENSION PLAN
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The trustee of the Bridgepoint Pension Plan (the “Plan”), the Trustee Corporation Limited (the “Trustee”), hereby gives notice pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that it intends to wind up the Plan.
The Trustee believes it has the names and contact details of everyone who has a right to a benefit under the Plan and communications have been sent to the membership about the termination of the Plan. You do not need to contact us if you have received these communications.
However, if you think you have an entitlement under the Plan and have not had any communication about the winding up, then please write to the Trustee Corporation Limited, Rutland House, 148 Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2JR.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when they were a member of the Plan or details of the basis of their claim.
Your claim must arrive on or before 28 October 2020, at which time this notice shall expire. Late claims arriving after the expiry of the notice will not be accepted.
As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice, the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Plan, having regard only to the claims and interests of which it has prior notice. The Trustee will not be liable to any other person.
