Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 June 2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 7 August 2020, I, Penelope Jane Leach, Sunny Banks, Trelawney Road, St Mawes, Truro, Cornwall TR2 5BU, Widowed and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Penelope Jane Wiggins assumed the name of Penelope Jane Leach.
