NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the issued shares of Wyko Bahamas Limited (in Voluntary Liquidation) (the “Company"), is hereby called to be held at the office at PricewaterhouseCoopers, 2 Bayside Executive Park, West Bay Street & Blake Road in the City of Nassau on the 1st day of September, 2020 at 11:00 am. The object and purpose of the said meeting is to have laid before the Members of the Company the accounts of Kevin G. Cambridge and Prince A. Rahming (the “Joint Liquidators”) showing the manner in which the winding up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company distributed, the debt obligations of the Company discharged and also to hear any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.

TAKE NOTICE that all persons having claims against Wyko Bahamas Limited, registered within the Commonwealth of The Bahamas with registration number 1181B, whether as creditors, shareholders, contributories, debenture holders, assignees or any other capacity, must, on or before 1st September 2020, send to the Joint Liquidators at the address shown below, by letter or email, full particulars of the amount and nature of their claim together with invoices, receipts, certificates or any other documents evidencing the same.

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Joint Liquidators may require any claimant to verify their claim by Affidavit.
