Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25/02/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16/07/2020, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of GEORGE BENJAMIN SMYTH, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of GEORGE BENJAMIN CLARKE and assumed the name of GEORGE BENJAMIN SMYTH.
