NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the Company on 19 August 2020 to fix the remuneration of the Liquidator and for the approval of category 2 disbursements to be charged in accordance with the firms policy.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver their proofs and votes to {Stamford House, Northenden Road, Sale, Cheshire, M33 2DH or john@kbl-advisory.com by no later than 23.59 hours on 19 August 2020.

In order to be counted a creditor’s vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor’s claim. A creditor’s vote will be disregarded if their proof in respect of their claim is not received by the decision date.
