The resignation took place on 24 July 2020. The partnership was not dissolved as a result of such resignation and continues as between the continuing partners, Bremner Fishing Company Limited, Andrew Bain Bremner, Graeme Bremner, Rhona Bremner, and The Don Fishing Company Limited.
