Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that on 28 July 2020, Hg Saturn 2 General Partner (Guernsey) Limited became the general partner in Hg 2020 C Co-Invest L.P. (previously known as Hg Sol Executive Co-Invest L.P.), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP020887 (the “Partnership”), and Hg Sol General Partner (Guernsey) Limited ceased to be the general partner in the Partnership, by virtue of a transfer by Hg Sol General Partner (Guernsey) Limited of its entire interest in the Partnership to Hg Saturn 2 General Partner (Guernsey) Limited.
