Order: The following direction was given by ICC Judge Jones on 15 June 2020—
The Trustee shall advertise in the Gazette to inform creditors within this jurisdiction of the US Bankruptcy and to set a date for any creditor to submit a proof of debt to the Trustee such date to be not less than 28 days after the date of advertisement.
Notice is hereby given that creditors of the Bankrupt within the jurisdiction are required, on or before 21 August 2020, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Trustee/foreign representative, Christopher J. Moser, Trustee in Bankruptcy of the Estate of the Bankrupt at Jamieson Alexander Limited, Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DB.
If so required by notice from the Trustee, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Trustee considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
