Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 15 July 2020, PPDI AssetCo 2 Limited transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Civis PFI/PPP Infrastructure Fund LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP014207, to Civis Holding LLP (registered number OC432085). For the avoidance of doubt, PPDI AssetCo 2 Limited has thereby withdrawn as a limited partner from Civis PFI/PPP Infrastructure Fund LP.
