Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 02/03/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 14/07/2020 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Sofia Dot Duncan who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sofia Duncan Wilkinson and assumed the name of Sofia Dot Duncan.
