Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.8 of the Insolvency Rules (England & Wales) 2016 (“the Rules”), that a virtual meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company is being proposed by Steven John Parker, the Liquidator of the Company. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That Steven John Parker of Opus Restructuring LLP be removed as Liquidator of the Company. 2. That Richard Hunt of SFP Restructuring Limited be appointed as Liquidator of the Company. 3. That Steven John Parker obtain his release from office pursuant to Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. 4. That the expenses of this decision procedure be payable as an expense of the Liquidation. The virtual meeting will be held as follows: 6 August 2020 at 10.00 am.
