Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 December 2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 February 2020 I, Manisha Modhwadia Mistry, 80 Withcote Ave, Leicester LE5 6SU Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Mankiben Kara Modhwadia and assumed the name of Manisha Modhwadia Mistry.
