NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership that existed between Dr P G Loughrey, Dr S M Harkin, Dr P Boylan, Dr S Farquharson and Dr G Robinson p/a Salisbury Medical Centre with a principal place of business at 474 Antrim Road, Belfast BT15 5GF has been dissolved in accordance with the Partnership Act 1890 (the "Dissolution"). The Dissolution took effect from 30th June 2020.

Any notices to the former partnership should be delivered to Dr S M Harkin, Dr P Boylan, Dr S Farquharson and Dr G Robinson p/a Salisbury Medical Centre at 474 Antrim Road, Belfast BT15 5GF
