Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21/02/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 08/06/2020, I, James Patrick Lavin of 4 Hilltop Gardens, St George, Bristol BS5 8LG, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of James Patrick Welton and assumed the name of James Patrick Lavin.
