We, Julie Anne Palmer (IP No. 8835) and Stephen Mark Powell (IP No. 009561) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Units 1-3 Hilltop Business Park, Devizes Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4UF were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 17 May 2018.

The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company. It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 24 July 2020. The dividend will be the second and final dividend being declared.

The creditors of the above named Company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 24 July 2020 (“the last date for proving”) to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators, whose contact details are below.
