Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych (‘y Cyngor’) yn hysbysu drwy hyn, yn unol ag adran 70 Deddf Cynllunio (Adeiladau Rhestredig ac Ardaloedd Cadwraeth) 1990 (fel y'i diwygiwyd), bod newidiadau i ffiniau Ardal Gadwraeth y Rhyl wedi’u cadarnhau ar 17 Ebrill 2019. Roedd hyn yn dilyn ymgynghoriad cyhoeddus ynghylch Gwerthusiadau Ardal Gadwraeth y Rhyl a gynhaliwyd rhwng 3 Medi 2018 a 5 Tachwedd 2018.

THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 (SECTIONS 69 AND 70)
NOTICE OF VARIATION TO THE RHYL CONSERVATION AREA
Denbighshire County Council (`the Council’) hereby gives notice in accordance with section 70 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) that on 17th April 2019 boundary changes to the Rhyl Conservation Area were confirmed. This followed a public consultation on the Rhyl Conservation Area Appraisal between 3rd September 2018 to 5th November 2018.
The amendments to the Rhyl Conservation Area are as follows:-
Included in Conservation Area
1. 2-22 (even numbers) and 21- 23 Bath Street Rhyl LL18 3EB.
2. 1-16 (odd and even numbers) Morlan Park Rhyl LL18 3EG.
3. 18-20 High Street Rhyl LL16 1ES.
Excluded from Conservation Area
4. 11-23 (odd numbers) and 20-30 (even numbers) Edward Henry Street Rhyl LL18 1TE.
5. Premier Inn Site, 21-26 West Parade, Rhyl LL18 1HE.
6. Crescent Road Car Park Rhyl LL18 1TF.
7. 16-20 West Parade Rhyl LL18 1HE.
8. 41, 57 and 59 Queen Street and Queen Street Car Park Rhyl LL18 1SD.
A copy of the Rhyl Conservation Area Appraisal and a plan showing the amendments set out above are available on the Council website at www.denbighshire.gov.uk and shall be held on deposit at the Council Offices, Caledfryn, Smithfield Road, Denbigh LL16 3RJ.
