Pursuant to section 10 Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 4 December 2017 Angus MacCormick of Waste to Energy Partnership 1 carrying on the business of investment at 47 Park Lane, London, W1K 1PR transferred his interest (represented by a capital contribution of £100) to Iain Whyte. Accordingly, Angus MacCormick reduced his participation as a Limited Partner of Waste to Energy Partnership 1 on 4th December 2017, and Iain Whyte was admitted as a Limited Partner on the same date.
