Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 6.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that a decision of creditors is to be made for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended).

A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 26 May 2020.

The directors nominated that David John Pike and David John Standish be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company.

The deemed consent decision date is 26 May 2020.

Please note: if the decision date expires without 10% in value of creditors objecting to the deemed consent, or a physical meeting having being requested, the creditors will be treated as having made the proposed decisions on the decision date.
