Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of HHJ HODGE QC sitting pursuant to section 9 of the Senior Courts Act 1981 as a Judge of the High Court at Manchester District Registry on 17 April 2020 in case number CR-2020-MAN-000421 (the "Order"):

Administrations

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of administrator of the above companies and that Katy McAndrew be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of administrator of the above companies and that Mike Dillon be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of administrator of the above companies and that Andrew Poxon be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of administrator of the above companies and that Sean Williams be appointed joint administrator alongside the remaining office holder.

Partnership and Company Voluntary Arrangements

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of supervisor of the above company voluntary arrangements and that Katy McAndrew be appointed supervisor alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of supervisor of the above company voluntary arrangements and that Martin Maloney be appointed supervisor alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of supervisor of the above company voluntary arrangements and that Andrew Poxon be appointed supervisor alongside the remaining officer.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of supervisor of the above company voluntary arrangements and that Mike Dillon be appointed supervisor alongside the remaining officer.

Compulsory Liquidations

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of liquidator of the above companies and Katy McAndrew be appointed liquidator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of liquidator of the above companies and Steve Markey be appointed liquidator alongside the remaining office holder.

Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of liquidator of the above companies and that Steve Markey be appointed liquidator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of liquidator of the above companies and that Katy McAndrew be appointed liquidator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of liquidator of the above companies and that Andrew Poxon be appointed liquidator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of liquidator of the above companies and that Mike Dillon be appointed liquidator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of liquidator of the above companies and that Megan Singleton be appointed liquidator alongside the remaining office holder.

That Julien Robert Irving be removed from the office of liquidator of the above companies and that Michelle Elliot be appointed liquidator alongside the remaining office holder.

Further:

The creditors and members in each of the block transfer cases listed in the Schedule to the Order be notified of the order by Julien Robert Irving by placing notice of it in the London Gazette within 28 days of the date of the Order.

Any creditor, or, in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies or persons listed in the Schedule to the Order who has an objection to the Order shall have 28 days from the date of the advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of the Order. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases the Schedule until further or other order by the court.

The replacement officeholders do file any appropriate notices in respect of the removal of the Julien Robert Irving and the appointment of the replacement officeholders with the Secretary of State for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (Insolvency Service) and the Registrar of Companies as may be required.

The Applicant shall file a copy of the Order with each of the courts listed in Schedule B of the Order which relate to bankruptcy cases.

Nothing in the Order shall release Julien Robert Irving from any obligation to give and file notices in respect of his removal under the Order in respect of the block transfer cases listed in the Schedule.

Julien Robert Irving shall have his release and be discharged from liability as office-holder in respect of all the Appointments in the Schedule of the Order, 28 days after the publication of a Notice in the Gazette as provided for by paragraph 26 of the Order.

The costs of the application shall be paid as an expense and shall be apportioned equally between each of the block transfer cases so that the estate of each block transfer case shall bear an equal proportion of the costs.
