Notice is given by Andreas Arakapiotis that the virtual meeting to be held on 12 May 2020 at 11:30 AM. was requisitioned by creditors and that it has been summoned under paragraph 52(2) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the virtual meeting is that the Administrator’s proposals be approved and that the Administrator’s pre-Administration costs, Administrator’s fee and category 2 disbursements, the details of which are set out in the Administrator’s proposals, be approved.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
