Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Administrators' of the above named Company are seeking a decision from Creditors on That the Administrators' pre-administration costs, the details of which are set out in the Administrators' proposals and issued with the notice of the decision procedure, to be approved. Disbursements also include category 2 disbursements.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that I, J. M. Evans of H R Harris & Partners 44 St. Helens Road Swansea SA1 4BB was appointed Liquidator of the company by the Secretary of State on 11 March 2020.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me.

The decision to establish a liquidation committee may be made by the Company’s creditors and/or by its contributories. Where the decision is made by both the creditors and the contributories, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules. Where the decision is made only by the creditors, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules. Where the decision is made only by the creditors, the committee is to be established in accordance with the Rules unless the court orders otherwise. The Liquidator must seek a decision from the creditors and contributories as to whether a liquidation committee should be established if requested, in accordance with the Rules, to do so by one-tenth in value of the Company’s creditors.

The Liquidator does not propose to seek a decision from the Company’s creditors or contributories for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee.
