PAI EUROPE IV-B

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 31 March 2020, QS PEP 2004, Inc. transferred 100% of its interest in PAI Europe IV-B (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP009991, including a capital contribution of €18.59.

With effect from 31 March 2020, QS PEP Legacy Fund SLP was admitted to the Partnership with a capital contribution of €18.59. Consequently, QS PEP 2004, Inc. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.

With effect from 31 March 2020, QS PEP (EI) 2004, Inc. transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership including a capital contribution of €4.40.

With effect from 31 March 2020, QS PEP Legacy Fund SLP increased their capital commitments in the Partnership by €4.40. Consequently, QS PEP (EI) 2004, Inc. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.

With effect from 31 March 2020, QS PEP (B) 2004, Inc. transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership including a capital contribution of €1.86.

With effect from 31 March 2020, QS PEP Legacy Fund SLP increased their capital commitments in the Partnership by €1.86. Consequently, QS PEP (B) 2004, Inc. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.

With effect from 31 March 2020, QOL PEP 2004, Inc. transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership including a capital contribution of €25.15.

With effect from 31 March 2020, QS PEP Legacy Fund SLP increased their capital commitments in the Partnership by €25.15. Consequently, QOL PEP 2004, Inc. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
