Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 March 2020, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) and Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."

At the subsequent decision of creditors Farheen Qureshi (IP No: 11392) of Parker Getty Limited of Devonshire House, 582 Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, Middlesex, HA7 1JS was appointed Liquidator in preference to the members choice of Liquidator.
