Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that the Hitachi Data Systems Retirement Benefits Plan (Plan) commenced winding-up with effect on and from 14th February 2020. This notice is intended for any person (including, but not limited to, any former employees of Hitachi Vantara (formerly Hitachi Data Systems Limited)) who believes he or she is a member or beneficiary of the Plan but has not been contacted by the Trustee in respect of the winding-up of the Plan.

Any person who believes they have any interest, claim or entitlement in respect of the Plan who has not been notified by the Trustee of the winding-up of the Plan should provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to Sefton Park Trustee Ltd at Sefton Park, Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire, SL2 4HD. Such details must be sent within two months of the date of publication of this notice. In support of your claim you should provide full details of your name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, and periods of employment, together with any relevant supporting documentation.

After the expiry of the two-month period from the date of publication of this notice the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them having regard only to those persons of whose claims, interests or entitlements it has notice and the Trustee of the Plan shall not be liable to any other person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement in respect of the Scheme.
