Notice is hereby given that on the 20th February 2020, Worcester City Council under powers conferred to them by Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, determined that the area described in the schedule of this Notice is no longer an area of special architectural or historic interest. It has accordingly reduced Field Terrace Conservation Area so as to exclude this area.

SCHEDULE

Field Terrace Conservation Area now excludes the following properties and their curtilage; 72 Bath Road, 84-88 Bath Road and part of 70 Bath Road.
