Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 13th March 2020 it made these Orders to replace the three sections of shared use permit holder or pay & display parking places on western north to south arm of Nobel Drive, Hayes adjacent to Airport Bowl with double yellow lines. Install 21 metres of replacement shared use permit holder or pay & display parking on approach to the roundabout opposite the multi-storey car park. Copies of these Orders which will come into operation on 23rd March 2020 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from Resident Services Directorate, telephone number 01895 250631. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
