Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 September 2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 20 January 2020, I, Rosemary Stones, Flat 7, Siddons Court, 39 Tavistock Street, London WC2E 7NT, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Katherine Rosemary Stones and assumed the name of Rosemary Stones.
