BLOCK TRANSFER ORDER IN RELATION TO YVONNE QUINN

Notice is hereby given that on 4 March 2020 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by the Insolvency Practitioners Association, a company limited by guarantee and incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number 01151132) and having its registered office at Valiant House, 4-10 Heneage Lane, London, EC3A 5DQ for inter alia (i) a block transfer order in terms of Part 6 of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018 in respect of the companies to which YVONNE QUINN, residing at 11 Cheviot Crescent, East Kilbride, G75 9GG and sometime of Grayson Corporate Limited, 2nd Floor, 48 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1BP was appointed as liquidator, and (ii) orders replacing Ms Quinn as trustee of various protected trust deeds, in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 5 March 2020 appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto to the Court of Session within 8 days after such intimation and advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
