Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 August 2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26 February 2020, I, William David Thomas Lockwood, 121 Manor Chase, Beddau CF38 2SF, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name William David Thomas Watkins and assumed the name of William David Thomas Lockwood.
