Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10/01/2020 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13/02/2020, I, Donna Julie Samuels, of 4 Willow Road, Bedford MK42 0QU, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved, British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Donna Julie Milligan and assumed the name of Donna Julie Samuels.
