NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 04th March 2020 made the following orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

THE TOWER HAMLETS (WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No 3) ORDER 2020 - THE TOWER HAMLETS (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No.3) ORDER 2020

The effect of these will be as follows:

PTO 2017 – ORCHARD PLACE - Introduce Permit holder parking spaces on the:

a) Slip Road from Orchard Place to the Lower Lea Crossing

b) East kerb line north of the bus stand

The Regulations, fees and usual exemptions imposed by the governing Traffic Management Orders would apply to the proposals referred to in paragraph 2 above.

Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 05th March of 2020 and of all other relevant documents can be inspected by prior appointment at: Parking and Mobility Services, 585-593 Commercial Road, London E1 0HJ (020 7364 6946 / 6952), during normal office hours on Monday to Friday inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made.

Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that at any relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made there under has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
