IT IS ORDERED THAT:

The estate of BRENDON CRUGER be and is hereby placed under provisional sequestration in the hands of the Master of the High Court and that a rule nisi do issue calling upon the respondent to appear and show cause, if any, to this court on 18 May 2020 at 10:00 why final order of sequestration should not made against HIS estate.

2. Service of his order to be effected as per the order for the substituted service dated 15 AUGUST 2019.

3. That the costs of this application be costs in the sequestration on an attorney and client scale.
