This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The approval of the Joint Administrators' Statement of Proposals; 2. The establishing of a Creditors' Committee; 3. The approval of the Joint Administrators' fees and costs, including pre-Adminisration costs; 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators' discharge. The meeting will be held on 21 February 2020 at 10.00 am.
