NOTICES UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

SERVISAIR PENSION PLAN ("THE PLAN")

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the Plan intend to wind up the Plan after transferring members' benefits to the Swissport GB Pension Scheme or discharging members' benefits via a winding up lump sum where appropriate.

If you are or were a member of the Plan at any time, or a spouse, civil partner, child or other dependant of such person, you may have a claim to benefits under the Plan.

The Trustees of the Plan have taken all reasonable steps to contact the members and beneficiaries of the Plan for whom they have records. An announcement has been sent to those members and beneficiaries and their benefits under the Plan have been identified. If you have not received the announcement from the Trustees and you have or think that you may have a right to benefits from the Plan, you should provide written details of your claim (specifying your full name, address and providing particulars and any evidence of your membership of the Plan) to:

DATE OF CLAIM DEADLINE

The last date for sending in a claim is 24 March 2020

Note: If you do not notify us of your possible right to benefits on or before 24 March 2020 you will lose any rights you may have to claim those benefits.

After the two month period ending on 24 March 2020, the Trustees will finalise transferring benefits for any remaining beneficiaries having regard only to claims and interests of which they have prior notice. The Trustees will then proceed to wind up the Plan. After this date, the Trustees shall not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice of.

Members of the Plan and other beneficiaries whom the Trustees have already contacted need not respond to this notice as their interests have already been noted.
