Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (as amended by the Legislative Reform (Private Fund Limited Parentships) Order 2017), that on and with effect from 16 April 2019, Enact II GP LLP (a limited liability partnership registered in England with number OC425714) (the “Old GP”) transferred to Enact II (GP) LP (a private fund limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL034197) (the “New GP”) its interest in Enact II L.P. (a private fund limited partnership registered in England with number LP020001) (the “Partnership”) and that on and with effect from such date, the Old GP ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership and the New GP assumed the role of general partner of the Partnership.
