WHEREAS MORITOM LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC251496 was dissolved on 13 March 2015; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS it has been presented to me that immediately before its dissolution the said Moritom Ltd held the tenants’ interest under a lease between The Equitable Life Assurance Society and The Firm of T Johnston dated 21 March and 21 April and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 22 July, all months in the year 1997 and relating to the subjects known as 4 Main Street, Brightons, Falkirk; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Moritom Ltd came to my notice on 8 January 2020: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
