Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31 October 2019 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12 December 2019, I, Daniel Beck Prince, 28 Barleyfields, Audley, Staffordshire ST7 8ED Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rebecca Madeleine Prince and assumed the name of Daniel Beck Prince.
