NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 SECTION 27

INVESTEC WEALTH & INVESTMENT LIMITED PENSION SCHEME

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustees of the Investec Wealth & Investment Limited Pension Scheme (respectively the “Trustees” and the “Scheme”) hereby give notice that the Scheme is in the process of winding-up following the transfer of the Scheme’s assets and liabilities to the Aegon Master Trust on 31 July 2019.

Announcements regarding the winding-up process have been posted where possible to all known Members of the Scheme.

The Trustees of the Scheme urge that any persons who believes that he or she has a claim against or is entitled to any benefit from or interest in the Scheme and with whom the Trustees have not already been in contact having any claim or demands upon or against the assets of the Scheme, or an entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the Scheme, should write setting out details of their claim to:

within two months of the date of publication of this Notice.

If you are seeking to claim an entitlement under the Scheme, you should provide details of your full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number and any relevant documents which support your claim.

At the end of the two month period from the date of publication of this Notice, the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme, having regard only as to the claims, whether formal or not, of which written notice shall have been received by the Trustees and the interest of those Members of the Scheme of whom they have knowledge, and will not be liable to any other person.

Notification is not required from persons who have already received correspondence relating to the winding-up of the Scheme from the Trustees.
