Property: Any beneficial interest/right in the conveyance dated 22/11/1976 between G C T Construction Limited(1) and John Bernard Barton (Receiver)(2) G C T Construction (Blackburn) Limited (Subsidiary)(3) and Clifford Arthur Morris & Doris Diane Morris(Purchaser)(4) relating to the land situated near 76 Hallane Road, St Austell, Cornwall PL25 3EL being the land comprised in the above mentioned Conveyance

2. In pursuance of the powers granted by Section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006 the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the company vested when the Company was dissolved) hereby disclaims the Crown's title (if any) in the Property the vesting of the Property having come to his notice on 19 August 2019.
