At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Unit 1, Howsell Road Trading Estate, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 1UJ on 6 December 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special resolution and as Ordinary resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul William Harding (IP No. 6310) of tri group, Suite 1, Canon Court East, Abbey Lawn, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY2 5DE and Michelle Gillian Breslin (IP No. 9579) of tri group, 2430/2440 The Quadrant, Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol, BS32 4AQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 6 December 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Paul William Harding and Michelle Gillian Breslin as Joint Liquidators.
