Notice is hereby given that on 17 December 2019, a certified copy of the order of the Court of Session dated 17 December 2019 confirming a reduction of the company’s capital to the extent of £0.95 on each issued ordinary share, reducing the nominal value of each issued ordinary share from £1.00 to £0.05; cancelling the company’s capital redemption reserve and cancelling its share premium account (the “Reduction”); together with a Statement of Capital; was delivered to, and registered by, the Registrar of Companies in Scotland. On delivery of that order, the Reduction became effective.
