Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 5 November 2019, Elias Paourou (IP number 9096) (“the Applicant”) was removed as Office Holder, with replacement Office Holders appointed as follows:

• Elias Paourou be removed from his office as Administrator in respect of the companies in Administration which are set out in Schedule A hereto

• Richard Toone shall be appointed as Administrator in substitution of the Applicant in respect of the Administrations set out in Schedule A hereto in which he is identified as the proposed appointee

• David Oprey shall be appointed as Administrator in substitution of the Applicant in respect of the Administrations set out in Schedule A hereto in which he is identified as the proposed appointee

• Elias Paourou be removed from his office as Trustee in Bankruptcy in respect of the Bankruptcies which is set out in Schedule B hereto

• Richard Toone shall be appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy in substitution of the Applicant in respect of the Bankruptcies set out in Schedule B hereto in which he is identified as the proposed appointee

• David Oprey shall be appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy in substitution of the Applicant in respect of the Bankruptcies set out in Schedule B hereto in which he is identified as the proposed appointee

• Elias Paourou be removed from his office as Liquidator in respect of the companies in Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation which are set out in Schedule D hereto

• Richard Toone shall be appointed as Liquidator in substitution of the Applicant in respect of the companies which are set out in Schedule D hereto in which he is identified as the proposed appointee

• David Oprey shall be appointed as Liquidator in substitution of the Applicant in respect of the companies which are set out in Schedule D hereto in which he is identified as the proposed appointee

• Elias Paourou be removed from his office as Liquidator in respect of the companies in Members' Voluntary Liquidation which are set out in Schedule F hereto

• Richard Toone shall be appointed as Liquidator in substitution of the Applicant in respect of the companies which are set out in Schedule F hereto in which he is identified as the proposed appointee

• David Oprey shall be appointed as Liquidator in substitution of the Applicant in respect of the companies which are set out in Schedule F hereto in which he is identified as the proposed appointee.

The creditors, members (in the case of Members' Voluntary Liquidations) and debtors (where they have a financial interest in the outcome of the insolvency proceedings) have liberty to apply, within 42 days after the notice has been advertised or the creditors have been written to, to vary or set aside the order made.

In relation to each of the insolvency proceedings listed in Schedules B, D and F to this Order, the creditors, members (in the case of Members' Voluntary Liquidations) and debtors (where they have a financial interest in the outcome of the insolvency proceedings) have the right to object and make representations to the Applicant in respect of the Applicant’s release within 42 days after the notice has been advertised or the creditors have been written to.
