PUBLIC NOTICE FOR PROPOSED PARKING AND WAITING RESTRICTION CHANGES 'HAVE YOUR SAY'

THE COUNCIL PROPOSES TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE FOLLOWING ORDERS UNDER THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED)

THE TOWER HAMLETS (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2018

1. The effect of these proposals is as follows:

Introduce off street car parks for Resident permit holders, disabled badge holder, electric vehicles and visitor permits only parking with associated protection to access and turning areas in the following locations:

2. The Regulations, fees and usual exemptions imposed by the governing Traffic Management Orders would apply to the proposals referred to in paragraph 1 above.

3. A copy of each of the proposed Orders and all relevant documents can be inspected, by prior appointment, at the Parking & Mobility Services Offices, 585-593 Commercial Road, London E1 0HJ (020 7364 6949/6952), during normal office hours on Monday to Friday inclusive until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.

5. Any objections or other representations about the proposed Orders should be sent by email to Towerhamlets.consultation@projectcentre.co.uk or in writing to Tower Hamlets TMO (TW), Project Centre, Unit 2 Holford Yard, London, WC1X 9HD within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
