Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that with effect from 7 November 2019, the following transfers of partnership interests have taken place:

1. Dalmore Capital Limited has transferred its interest in the Partnership to Gregor Jackson and has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership;

2. Each of John McDonagh and Dalmore Capital Limited has transferred part of their interest in the Partnership to Jamie Pritchard and as a result, Jamie Pritchard has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership;

3. John McDonagh has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Julia McIntosh and as a result, Julia McIntosh has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership;

4. Each of John McDonagh and Michael Ryan has transferred part of their interest in the Partnership to Nick Axam and as a result, Nick Axam has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership;

5. Michael Ryan has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Christian Kinnersley and as a result, Christian Kinnersley has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership;

6. Michael Ryan has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Aksel Kivinurk and as a result, Aksel Kivinurk has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership;

7. Each of Alistair Ray and Michael Ryan has transferred part of their interest in the Partnership to Matthew McLintock and as a result, Matthew McLintock has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership;

8. Alistair Ray has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Maria Milagros Lopez Simon and as a result, Maria Milagros Lopez Simon has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership; and

9. Alistair Ray has transferred part of his interest in the Partnership to Daniel Pires and as a result, Daniel Pires has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
