Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 15 November 2019 Stephen Franklin (IP number 006029) of Panos Eliades Franklin & Co, Olympia House, Armitage Road, London, NW11 8RQ (telephone 020 8731 6807) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and Jason Callender (IP number 22650) of Panos Eliades Franklin & Co, Olympia House, Armitage Road, London, NW11 8RQ (telephone 020 8731 6807) was appointed as Office Holder in his place.

Any Creditor, or, in the case of any members’ voluntary liquidation, any member, in respect of any of the companies listed below who has an objection to this order shall have 28 days from the date of the advertisement in the London Gazette to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this order. Such applications shall not affect the transfer of the block transfer cases listed below until further or other order of court.
